Tax Preparation Assistant
- 1+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
- Excellent written and communication skills with a focus on going above and beyond for the customer.
Tax Expert or Bilingual Tax Expert
- +2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
- Experience utilizing professional tax software to prepare and file personal tax returns, including those with complex elements such as employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
- We service English & French customers and have opportunities to support either or both. Bilingual is a requirement for the Bilingual Tax Expert position.
Tax Expert Lead
- 5+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
- Experience utilizing professional tax software to prepare and file or review personal tax returns, including those with complex elements such as employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
Seasonal Tax Manager 1
- 3+ years of experience managing and leading a remote customer-facing team.
- Understanding of how to lead a team, manage conflicts, and provide guidance to empower your team to do the best work of their lives.
- Demonstrates a fundamental understanding of tax laws and concepts.
